T.G.I.F Turkey & Avocado Salad

Romaine Lettuce
3 Slices Turkey Lunch Meat diced
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Roman tomato
Lemon Juice
garlic powder

 Tuesday Night Taco Salad
Ground turkey seasoned with low sodium taco seasoning
Romaine Lettuce
Pico de gallo
Tortilla Strips
*I personally don't add cheese or greek yogurt(substitute for sour cream) but you totally can*

Can you take it Chili
1 pound browned ground turkey
1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
1 can corn
1 can red kidney beans
2 cans diced tomatoes w/ jalapeño
1 diced onion
1 diced jalapeño
*put all ingredients into crock pot on low for about 6 hours. I turn it mine to "keep warm" after the 6 hours until we are ready to eat*

You can top with cheese or greek yogurt
